Our artisanal distillery makes spirits from our land. Grapes, apples, and maple are used to create spirits that are both classic and bold. Our Eastern Townships terroir inspires us to direct our different lines; fir shoots, carrots, raspberry leaves and maple syrup to sweeten some of them. Two column stills are used; one with a capacity of 250 liters used for the creation process and our main still with a capacity of 1000 liters. Our goal in the near future is to create several lines of fine spirits, bold liqueurs and unusual syrups, all from our land in order to offer a 100% home-made bar.
